How does B2B appointment setting actually work?

The Attended Meeting System, our five steps. We build it, run it, and optimize it. You just take the calls.

01

Step 01

Sending Infrastructure

Your emails land in primary, not spam.

We build a completely separate sending setup: 10-20 branded sending domains, a few inboxes on each, full DNS authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM), and a dedicated warm-up on every one. Each inbox sends 20-30 emails a day, which looks like a person, not a machine. Volume scales by adding inboxes, never by pushing one inbox harder.

Your main domain stays untouched. Zero risk to your existing email reputation.

Most agencies skip this. Their clients end up in spam within 2 weeks.

02

Step 02

Lead Sourcing

Clean data, real decision-makers.

Multi-source scraping via Apollo, LinkedIn, and custom databases. Strict ideal customer profile (ICP) filtering by job title, industry, company size, revenue, and tech stack.

Every email triple-verified before it enters a sequence. Bounce rate stays below 2%.

03

Step 03

Multi-Angle Copy

Personalized, not templated.

We draft 4-5 different sequence angles. AI personalizes every email based on recent news, hiring data, or LinkedIn activity.

It reads like human-to-human interaction, not a template blast.

04

Step 04

Campaign Optimization

Active management, not set-and-forget.

Daily monitoring of inbox placement, reply rates, and bounce rates, per sequence, per angle, per audience segment. We kill underperforming angles, scale the winners, and introduce new copy every 2-3 weeks.

Most agencies launch and forget. We cannot afford to: we do not get paid until a meeting is attended.

Step 05

Response Handling & Booking

When a prospect replies, a person answers, usually within the hour during business hours. We handle the objection, answer the question, and put the call on your calendar.

Handled by a person, not a bot

This is where most self-run campaigns die. The reply lands, nobody answers for two days, and the interest is gone.

Subject: Saw the Chicago expansion, congrats

Hey Sarah,

Noticed Apex just opened the Chicago office. That's a big move. Usually the sales side feels it about two quarters later.

We book qualified meetings for logistics firms on a pay-per-meeting basis. Might be worth 15 minutes if scaling the sales team is on the radar.

Who actually runs your campaign?

I built New Lead Consulting because everyone is tired of paying marketing agencies $5k-10k per month, while getting locked into a 6 month contract.

That's why we work on a performance basis, and purely month to month.

We take the same system that caused you to book a meeting, and use it to book meetings for you.

What do we handle, and what do you handle?

Fully managed sales development. We do the work, you close the deals.

What you handle

  • Show up to the sales calls
  • Close deals
  • Spend 10 minutes a week reviewing our report

    What does this actually cost?

An in-house SDR costs roughly $8,000 a month before they book anything. A retainer agency charges $5,000 to $20,000 up front and bills you whether it works or not. We charge a tech fee for the infrastructure and a fixed price per qualified meeting that attends. Nothing else.

    Frequently asked questions.

    What does qualified mean?
A qualified meeting is a call with a lead who matches the ideal customer profile we agreed on in writing, who came from our campaigns, and who actually showed up. If you decide a meeting was not qualified, you are not billed for it.
    Is this month to month?
Yes. No long term contract and no lock-in. We have to earn your business every month.
What do you mean by performance?
You pay for each meeting we book that, one, actually happens, and two, that you judge qualified. Nothing else.
Do you use our main domain?
Never. We set up 10 to 20 separate sending domains that redirect to your site. Your main domain is never touched.
Will this work for our industry and our offer?
If you are B2B, each client is worth more than $5,000, and there are more than 10,000 companies you can help, this works. If I do not think I can help you, I will tell you on the call. I am paid per meeting, so taking a bad fit costs me money.
How long until launch and first meetings?
Launch in 2 to 3 weeks. First replies in 48 to 72 hours. First meetings on your calendar 7 to 14 days after launch.
What do I need to prepare for the call?
Your numbers. How many qualified meetings you generate a month, from which channels, and how many new clients you added last month. With that, we start on the right foot.
